However, as a member of the Paris and the Connecticut (USA) bar, Eric Witt Esq. created his firm in order to incorporate the best aspects in the working methods and legal approaches of both the USA and France where he has both studied and worked. This applies both to consultations and litigation.

In this regard, he has developed several methods with the following characteristics here-below.

The combination of these is important in the case of litigation or a formal consultation for two main reasons :                  

- it reduces both the time spent and consequently the fees that ensue;

- it allows for the arguments to be more complete and subtle, which, in the case of litigation, can                                                          influence the judge to rule in the client’s favor when faced with a difficult and controversial decision.
